1. Scope of Services

If your booking is made through a third-party platform (such as Viator, GetYourGuide, or Klook), those platforms’ terms and conditions may also apply, and may override certain provisions of these Terms for that specific transaction.


2. Nature of Services

I offer personalized local tours and transfer services using my private vehicle.
Each tour or transfer is personally operated or coordinated by me, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and authentic travel experience.


3. Account Registration

You may create an account on the Website to communicate with me or to manage your bookings.
By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your login details confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.


4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking when using online payment methods (PayPal or Stripe).
  • Payment secures your booking and vehicle.
  • For cash payments (Malaysian Ringgit only), please prepare the exact amount. Payment is collected before service begins.

Please note:

  • I do not accept foreign currencies or card payments on site.
  • All prices are displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise stated.
  • By making payment, you agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms (PayPal or Stripe).

I do not store or have access to your full payment card information.


5. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Standard Cancellation Window

  • 12 hours or more before the confirmed start time → ✅ Full refund
  • Less than 12 hours before the start time → 🔸 50% refund
  • No-show or after start time → ❌ No refund

Start time refers to the confirmed pickup time as stated in your confirmation or voucher.

5.2 Compassionate Medical Exception (Full Refund or Free Reschedule)

If cancellation occurs within 12 hours due to a medical emergency, you may request a full refund or free reschedule (subject to availability). Eligible circumstances:

  • Sudden illness, injury, or hospitalization of the lead traveler or an immediate family member.
  • A positive infectious disease test (e.g., COVID, flu) within 48 hours of pickup.

  • Basic medical proof (doctor’s note or test result)

Sensitive medical details may be redacted.
Routine or elective treatments, hangovers, or non-urgent procedures are not covered.
Refund processing times:

  • PayPal: typically within 24 hours.
  • Credit Card: 5–7 business days.
  • You may also opt to reschedule at no extra cost (subject to availability).

5.3 How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead traveler.

  • Your booking name
  • Date and route
  • Pickup time

You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

5.4 Rescheduling (Date/Time Changes)

  • Free of charge if requested 12+ hours before start time and subject to availability.
  • Requests made within 12 hours may incur a RM60 rescheduling fee or be treated as a new booking if no availability.

5.5 Flight Delays & Waiting Time (KLIA Pickups)

  • Flight arrival times are tracked automatically.
  • 60 minutes free waiting after landing.
  • After that: RM30 per additional 30 minutes (or part thereof), up to 2 hours maximum.

If flight delays exceed 2 hours, we may need to reschedule or cancel in accordance with the above cancellation terms. I will contact you to offer available options.

5.6 Partial Use and En-route Changes

Once a service begins, unused portions are non-refundable.
Extra stops, detours, waiting time, or address changes may incur additional charges — which will always be quoted and agreed before proceeding.

5.7 Tailor-Made & Special Arrangements

Custom itineraries, event charters, or services involving prepaid third-party costs (e.g., attraction tickets, boats, ferries) may have alternative cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

5.8 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If I must cancel a service due to safety, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen events, I will:

  • Offer a new date or time, or
  • Provide a similar alternative service, or
  • Issue a full refund if no alternative is suitable.

This will be my maximum liability.

5.9 Force Majeure

I am not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond my control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or road closures
  • Strikes, government actions, or political unrest
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

In such cases, I will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative solutions or partial refunds when possible.


6. Liability & Safety

Participation in tours and transfers is voluntary.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All travel carries inherent risks.
  • I am not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties, weather, or factors beyond my control.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, my liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Affiliate Links

If you click these links and make a purchase or booking, I may earn a small commission — at no additional cost to you. All affiliate recommendations are made in good faith.
